References for MiG Ye-6T/1? 4 years 6 months ago #93

Could anyone recommend reference materials for the MiG Ye-6T/1 (a.k.a. Ye-66 for FAI registration purposes). This was a MiG-21 prototype, that briefly held the level flight speed record in 1959. I'm actually finding more on the Net about the Ye-6T/3, which was the one to test the canard wing.

Thanks very much!
Andy

I've only got one page on it in Jane's pocket book of record breaking aircraft :(

It's a small book (pocket says it all really) with little but factual information on the official records. Not alway with pictures of the record holders themselves (like a generic B-58 instead of one of the record holders) but nice to browse through.

I could manage a copy of the page if you want.

My copy arrived on Monday. Thanks again! There are some photos in here that I hadn't seen before. This is going to be a useful reference.
